Today’s custom bridal bouquet recreation in silk flowers is lush and lovely lavender and white bouquet. I love it because the greenery plays a starring role in the design, but there are also some really classic white flowers and a touch of lavender. It’s a unique bouquet and it made for the perfect anniversary gift! It allowed me to see all of the flowers and greenery that made up this beautiful bridal bouquet. You can see the dusty lavender Roses, white Camellia, Waxflower, white Spray Roses, Lisianthus and two varieties of Eucalyptus.

When you know the details: Bouquet Recreation - Reveal and Review

Most of the recreations that I create only have pictures for me to examine, and some come with an invoice or description from the florist. While that might seem like a winning combination, it’s not always helpful because fresh florists often make last minute substitutions based on availability, quality and cost. I know I’ve said it a lot on my blog, but one of the best things about custom silk wedding flowers is that you will know exactly what you are getting for your big day. There are never last minute substitutions or surprises.

Mychal reached out to me about a bouquet recreation for his April anniversary and sent me several photos of the bouquet along with list of what was in the bouquet. After comparing the photos to the list, it was a one of the closest matches I’ve seen yet! Let’s take a look at Mychal’s custom bridal bouquet recreation in silk flowers alongside the original in these photos from Jessica Wall Photography.

According to Mychal’s list this round handtied bridal bouquet was a mixture of Sandstone Roses, blush pink Roses, cream Mums, white Carnations, blue Hydrangea, blue Delphinium and blush pink Spray Roses. I also noticed white Baby’s Breath and Eucalyptus which Mychal agreed needed to be included to complete the look. It’s always helpful to have a few sets of eyes to look for all the different components.

Whether I get high resolution photos, screen shots or scanned images from old photos, I do my absolute best to recreate the bouquet as close to the original as possible.

White and Blush Bridal Bouquet Recreation - Reveal and Review

Zach’s April wedding anniversary was the perfect opportunity for him to gift his wife a custom bridal bouquet recreation in silk flowers. He sent me a few images of the bouquet and I got to work tracking down the perfect flowers to recreate her lovely bouquet. Let’s take a look at the bridal bouquet recreation alongside the original bouquet in photos from Jasmine Baetzel Weddings.

This beautiful bouquet was a mixture of white Garden Roses and white and blush Cabbage Roses with Ruscus. It was simple, it romantic and I loved that it wasn’t a traditional round ball shape. The elongated shape made it unique while still being a very classic look.

I could see from the photos that the original bouquet had the floral tape still showing with just a small band of ribbon with a small loop and tails. I suggested that we use a green satin ribbon to duplicate the style but give it a more polished look.

White and Blue Bouquet Recreation - Reveal

Jay reached out to me for a bridal bouquet recreation in silk wedding flowers for his anniversary and Christmas gift. He sent me some awesome photos of the original bouquet along with a write-up from the florist (bonus points for that!) which helped me determine what actually appeared in the bouquet. They had made some changes to the original suggestions, which is the case with most fresh flower bridal bouquets. What was actually in it was a little different than what the florist had proposed, so having the list and the photos was super helpful!

One of the many perks of my job is getting to see some lovely tropical wedding photos! Sonya sent me a few photos of her awesome tropical bouquet from their elopement to the Virgin Islands. She wasn’t able to bring the bouquet back with her and wanted to have a permanent reminder of their special day, so we worked together to make sure her bouquet was recreated as accurately as possible. Let’s take a look at the recreation alongside some photos of the original bouquet. All photos were provided by Sonya and her photographer was a recommendation of her officiant on the island.

Jared reached out to me with some lovely photos of his wife’s lovely bridal bouquet. With hopes of a custom bridal bouquet recreation in silk flowers for a gift, we talked through the bouquet and I was able to figure out the various elements of the bouquet. We got pretty close to the original list of flowers and greenery. Let's take a look at the recreation alongside the original with some photos from Duca Studio Photography on IG.

The original bouquet was a round, handtied style with pink Dahlia, nude/champagne Dahlia, white Dahlia, white Ranunculus, peach Cabbage Roses, Succulents, pink Astilbe, Waxflower, Silver Dollar Eucalyptus and pink Succulent flowers. It was bright and whimsical and full of texture!

Magnolia Bridal Bouquet Recreation - Reveal

Today’s custom bridal bouquet recreation in silk flowers is a unique style and shape. It incorporates Magnolia which is a less commonly used wedding flower as well as some gold Ruscus. It’s beautiful, timeless and unique, and I loved working to recreate this look! Ben ordered it for his wife and sent over some photos of the bouquet for me to work with. Let’s take a look!

This cascading style bouquet was a mix of white Garden, Cabbage and Spray Roses, white Magnolia, Eucalyptus Seeds, Green Hydrangea, white Lisianthus, Ruscus and gold painted Ruscus.

You can see the ribbon detail on the photo to the right. The bouquet was wrapped with a sheer white ribbon with a bow and some ribbon tails. It’s important to me to duplicate even those small touches whenever I can!

Ben sent me this photo of the bouquet being displayed in their home—always a treat for me to see!

I have a really pretty coral and white bridal bouquet recreation in silk flowers to show you today! It’s the perfect bouquet for this lovely spring we are finally experiencing! Keign reached out to me about recreating his wife’s bouquet and was hoping to surprise her with this meaningful gift. This stunning bouquet was a mix of coral and white Ranunculus, white Cosmos, white Spray Roses, coral Cabbage Roses and a touch of Ruscus. I loved the unique shape of this bouquet! It was handtied style but a more linear shape than the more traditional round shape. It was finished up with a raw edge silk ribbon in a lovely peachy-pink color.

I love today’s bouquet! It’s a classic style with a twist because it isn’t as buttoned up as I usually see Calla Lily bouquets. It’s a little wild, lush, and would look great in any wedding venue. Custom Bouquet & Boutonniere Recreation - Reveal and Review

We are in the thick of fall here in Minnesota (and unfortunately, we’ve had our first snow fall already), so today’s custom bridal bouquet recreation and custom boutonniere recreation is a perfect share on a day like today! Laura actually found me by asking Copilot, an AI powered assistant. That’s a first for me, but I’m happy however you might find me! She sent me some lovely shots by the very talented Jessica Yurko Photography and was hoping to have them done in time for her upcoming October anniversary. Let’s take a look at the arrangements!

Laura’s bridal bouquet was a handtied style with burgundy Garden and Spray Roses, Sunflowers, burgundy Calla Lilies, Billy Buttons, burgundy Mums, Queen Anne’s Lace, yellow Statice, Hypericum Berries, Pittosporum, Agonis, and some small filler greenery and seeds. I just love the rich colors and interesting textures that her florist combined!

The groom’s boutonniere was a single white Calla Lily, Hypericum Berries, yellow Statice, white Baby’s Breath, Agonis and some greenery wrapped with twine.

She worked from oddly angled photos and beautifully stylized photography, since it was three years later. This handtied bouquet was a mix of deep purple Hydrangea and Lisianthus, lavender and plum Delphinium, white Baby’s Breath and Ranunculus, Lavender sprigs and lots of Silver Dollar Eucalyptus. The variety of purples in this bouquet added depth and the different shapes and textures of the flowers made this such an interesting bouquet. Then you add in greenery and you have very lively bouquet!
