Petal Pink, Dusty Rose, Rose Gold & White Silk Wedding Flowers - Reveal and Review

With Valentine’s Day around the corner next month, I wanted to share some lovely pink custom silk wedding flowers. Bride Emma’s color scheme was petal pink, dusty rose, rose gold and navy blue. I absolutely loved the variety of shades of pink that her bridesmaid’s wore and think it’s an amazing way to blend different shades and avoid needing exact color matches to your flowers. Let’s take a look at the amazing photos Emma sent me from Anna Noelle Photography (@annanoellephotography on IG).

Here’s our happy couple! Emma’s bouquet was a round style bouquet with a mix of nude pink Roses, dusty pink Roses, white Peonies, blush pink Peonies, Baby’s Breath, pink Seeds and Silver Dollar Eucalyptus. Her design had classic and modern touches with texture and depth. I loved her bouquet! The boutonniere on her dapper groom was a dusty pink Rose, white Baby’s breath, pink seeds and a touch of Eucalyptus. You can see here that while his tie is a different pink; they blend so well together!

All of her photos are amazing, but this is one of my favorite shots from Emma because we get to see the variety of colors and styles for her bridesmaid dresses. While it’s not as easy to tie in Rose Gold with your wedding flowers, dresses are a great way to do it. And again, look at how well the different pinks in the bouquets complement every shade of dress.

The custom silk bridesmaid bouquets were designed to be smaller versions of Emma’s bouquet. Emma chose to feature white ribbon her bouquet and a soft pink on the bridesmaid bouquets just to set her bouquet apart a little more.

The groomsmen’s boutonnieres were a similar style to the groom, but featured a nude pink Rose. white Baby’s Breath, pink Seeds and Eucalyptus. Their ribbon matched the bridesmaids

Such a good looking bridal party!

Emma also ordered to large custom pieces for their ceremony venue arch. With such an amazing setting, we wanted to showcase her colors but also tie in the surroundings with lots of greenery. She chose one larger L-shaped altar arrangement for the corner and one smaller, linear altar arrangement for the side. She added in some fabric for a soft touch of texture and it looks magical!

In the past, I’ve done a lot of smaller aisle arrangements that hang from chairs. Emma wanted something with more impact and so I designed these larger pieces that sit on the ground. They can be placed at the start or end of your aisle (or both) or can be placed in intervals all the way down your aisle. The best part about them is that they are an easy piece to then move to a guest, cake, gift, or cocktail table at your reception!

I had such an amazing experience with this vendor!! I live in Las Vegas and she was so easy and fun to work with even thousands of miles away! She also worked with my budget and found ways to help me save money! She made sure the florals were exactly how I wanted it and they were so BEAUTIFUL. I received so many positive comments about how beautiful the flowers were at my wedding. I HIGHLY recommend her! She’s so talented and she shipped everything I needed right to my door! THANK YOU!!

Desert rose, Dusty Lavender, Sage, White & Gold Silk Wedding Flowers - Reveal & Review

I have to admit, I would never have thought to combine different shades of dusty pinks with lavender, but Megan knew what she was doing when she picked her colors! This awesome silk wedding flower ensemble is just perfection! Her color palette was a mix of Desert Rose, Dusty Lavender, Sage, White and Gold and the flowers she picked out for her bouquets were a great mix and complement to her wedding party attire. Let’s look at some beautiful photos from her photographer Xpression!

Megan’s bridal bouquet was a round handtied style with a mix of nude, dusty pink and light dusty pink Roses, Peonies with pink centers, pink seeds, dusty Lavender, Anemone, white Baby's Breath, Silver Dollar Eucalyptus and some small filler greens. It was big and bold, but also soft and whimsical! It had texture from the seeds and Lavender, and some great contrast with the darker dusty pink and the black center of the Anemones. You can see from the photo below how well everything maxed up to the dresses, suits and bowties!

The bridesmaid bouquets were smaller versions of the bridal bouquet, with all the same flowers and greenery.

We used all the main colors of roses for the various boutonnieres. Again, I love that they coordinated with the bowties! Megan wanted the stems to just kind of be nonchalant, so I used a sheer sage green ribbon to wrap them with for a really natural look.

Getting silk flowers for our wedding was one of the best choices we could’ve made and I’m so glad I found Love is Blooming. Erin was responsive and put together a package and product that matched exactly what I was looking for. I got to customize the flowers to my liking and even got photos throughout the process which put me at ease during the planning process. I absolutely love my flowers and will cherish them forever!

There were a few extras that Megan ordered to coordinate with the other arrangements, including a flower girl crown, ring bearer Boutonnieres and a couple of clusters for the layers on her cake. The simplicity of this cake design is just lovely and makes the perfect backdrop for a touch of matching florals!

Dusty Rose, Cream and Green Silk Wedding Flowers- Part 1

Dusty Rose might be the star of 2021 for bridal bouquets. It’s one of those colors that is soft, romantic, and a little out of the ordinary so it really stands out! Kourtney’s flowers are a great example of incorporating dusty rose into your silk wedding flowers as an accent and feature.

Kourtney’s bridal bouquet was a mix of custom dyed Roses in dusty Rose, ivory Garden Roses, ivory Cabbage Roses, white seeds, Fern and lots of Eucalyptus in a modified cascade style. Big and beautiful, this bouquet was a show-stopper!

The bridesmaid dresses were a shade of dusty rose, so Kourtney requested that their bouquets be a mix of cream and green. These simple style bouquets would allow Kourtney’s bouquet to stand out even more and for the bridesmaid dresses to be a great accent to the bridal bouquet as well. The flower girls had their own sweet mini bouquets of a single cabbage Rose and greenery.

Kourtney included a few custom honorary arrangements to honor family members who had passed away. These bouquet style arrangements are designed to be able to drop into vases that Kourtney purchased on her own. I wrapped them with a green ribbon so that if the vases were clear, the ribbon would blend in nicely with the stems.

The boutonnieres and corsages were a mix of cream flowers and a few dusty rose colored flowers mixed in. But all were simple and classic styles. These photos are to show how all the personal flowers come labeled, so that whoever is handing them out or doing the pinning knows who they are for.

Shades of Pink: Raspberry, Dusty Rose and Blush Silk Wedding Flowers

Sarah sent over several inspiration photos with her quote request. Most of them had all white/cream flowers with a hint of blush that would have been beautiful against her bridesmaids dusty blue gowns. But she couldn’t quite decide on a style until just the right inspiration photo came along. Instead of just a hint of blush we amped up the pink factor and included some raspberry, dusty rose, blush, and ivory with a variety of Eucalyptus in more of the dusty green and blue tones. Take a look at these custom silk wedding flowers!

The bouquets were all a round handtied style with the bridesmaid bouquets made as smaller versions of the bridal bouquet. They all included mini raspberry Cabbage Roses, dusty pink Curled Roses, ivory Garden Roses, blush Tea Roses, blush seeds, Seeded Eucalyptus, and Willow.

The boutonnieres incorporated her main colors and greenery and the pin on corsages were mainly ivory with hints of blush seeds.

If you have some inspiration photos but you haven’t quite landed on an exact design, send them my way and let’s talk about how to combine your favorite looks for a truly custom set of silk wedding flowers.
