Short Turn Around, Dream Flowers - Reveal and Review

Have you ever had a deadline for work, school or personal goals that required you to problem solve at top speed? Today’s wedding is this very situation! Vera contacted with me with just about two weeks until her wedding date. She had come across a wedding I did that was of Royal Blue, Light Blue and White Silk Wedding Flowers, and she fell in love with the color combination and the flowers. Thankfully, I could get a hold of what I needed to recreate the look for her. Here are some photos by Ryan Michaels Photography of Vera’s dream wedding flowers!

Vera wanted a simple look with royal blue Roses, light blue Roses and white Baby’s Breath in a smaller handtied style bridal bouquet.

There were a few additional items that she wanted to tie everything together including some small flowers for her hair and a matching groom’s boutonniere of a royal blue Rose, white Baby’s Breath and a touch of greenery.

I wanted silk flowers for my wedding and after some googling found a picture of a bouquet that I LOVED at Love is Blooming. I only had a few weeks before my wedding at this point, so I emailed Erin and asked her if she could make something like that for me in that time frame. She said yes and sent over pictures within a day or two. She made a beautiful bouquet and boutonniere for my husband. I wanted some white flowers in my hair and asked her if she had any left over from the bouquet that she could send me, and she said she did. She also sent some extra blue flowers that I was able to use for decorations around the cake that went with my bouquet. And she included the extra flowers for free. Everything was beautiful and she got it done so quickly!

Cake flowers don’t need to be over the top. A small cluster of Hydrangea in the right color was just what Vera’s cake needed!

The great thing about silk wedding flowers is that everything is custom and you are working directly with me.
