Today we are revisiting a moment in time that could included great joy when things were just…hard! I love that Rachel has this moment to look back on with fondness, no matter what else was going on in the world! One thing I didn’t talk about in my original post was what was in the arrangements. As you scroll down to see them, you’ll see the bouquets made up of Hydrangea, Dahlia, Tulips, Ruscus, and plum Astilbe in the bridesmaid bouquets. The bridal bouquet was a modified cascade style with those flowers plus Roses, Ranunculus, Seedum and Fern. I love that she chose a bouquet that was quite a bit different than the bridesmaids. There is nothing sweeter than getting to see my flowers out in “the wild.” I spend time chatting and designing with each client and then I send their silk wedding flowers off to their Happily Ever After. Rachel sent me some shots from her wedding with her bridal bouquet that made me gasp and slap my husband on the arm as I pointed at my phone screen.
