Stephanie contacted me about recreating a really special arrangement for her. She received an amazing floral arrangement for her birthday from her husband who is deployed. Her words to me were, “I'd love to be able to keep it forever as it was such a thoughtful and emotional present.” And I agree wholeheartedly! In fact, that’s really the heart behind any custom bouquet recreation. So I was excited and honored to be able to recreate the bright and happy bouquet for Stephanie to enjoy and to remind her of her husband’s love for her. Let’s take a look!
Stephanie’s arrangement was a mix of magenta Orchids, lavender Delphinium, peach Roses, pink and white Lilies, green and white Hydrangea, grass and Eucalyptus. It was large and lovely!
She was super helpful and sent me lots of angles of the arrangement so I could get a look at it from every side. We even discussed whether we would recreate it to look more like it did with the lilies or more closed, like when it was first delivered, or more open as time went on.

You can see that the original bouquet was arranged without any of the flowers being permanently secured any certain way. Since I wanted her bouquet to show up looking great, I obviously couldn’t duplicate that exact look. We decided to tie off the recreation with a satin green ribbon to blend in and then she planned to purchase a display vase that would work with it.
