Burgundy Cascade Silk Wedding Flower Review
After posting Janelle’s amazing raspberry and blush silk wedding flowers, the requests have poured in for quotes for similar style bouquets and color combinations. I love hearing from all of you who are looking for unique takes on burgundy flowers, modified cascade bouquets and how to add interesting texture to your custom silk wedding flowers.
For those of you checking me out for the first time, I wanted to share the photos Janelle sent me from her wedding day. She looks stunning, as do her bridesmaids! And I gotta say, her flowers looked great in front of the camera too. So if you’ve been wondering how silk wedding flowers compare to fresh, here’s a great look at how versatile and realistic they actually are.
These beautiful images were taken by Empiria Studios right here in Minneapolis. Check them out if you are looking for a great local photographer.
These ladies were brave for these photos, but these shots were worth some shivers!
Janelle came to me during the design process with an idea for her centerpieces. She was planning to do chargers with candles and wanted some matching greens and roses for each table. I used some of the same seeded Eucalyptus branches from the bouquets and bundled them up with some of the roses so that whoever her decorator was could just grab a bundle and arrange each table. This was a great, budget-friendly option that also fit well with Janelle’s overall style and theme.
